Spinning

Jat Techno Spintex machinery with 33000 spindles is used in the spinning process for high performance to produce finest combed cotton yarn with a capacity of 30 tons per day. Our 28 combing machines, 45 ring frames and 20 Auto Coner machinery and usage of organic cotton to produce high-quality yarns helps to achieve Ne 20's to Ne 60's high quality yarns. Ne 20's to Ne 50's count yarn blends is also produced.

Knitting

Jat Techno Spintex starts the process with the help of our 24 knitting machines by which thread or yarn is turned into 15 tons of fabric per day. the machineries are used to create Rib, Interlock and Fancy designs. Our automated Spanish machines are used to for Interlock, Drop Interlock and Auto Stripes. Taiwanese machines for Rib and Wheel Jacquard with Lycra, Japanese Collar knitting machines to knit all types of flat knit collars and Singapore machines for Jersey with three thread conversion.

Dyeing & Finishing

With our commitment to the environment, we ensure eco-friendly machinery in our Dyeing & Finishing unit. It comprises the Reverse Osmosis Unit, Multiple Evaporators, and a Zero Liquid Discharge Unit.

Cutting

Our cutting division is facilitated with the latest Cutting system from USA, with CAD, CAM, CAS, and exclusive Plotting facilities. The Band Knife Cutting Machines from Japan, Korea and Germany are used by our professional tailors to cut out the garment’s pieces from lays of the fabric with the help of cutting template or marker for high accuracy.

Embroidery / Printing

Our embroidery division is housed with 24 imported machines from Germany, China & Japan equipped with 326 heads, which can deliver nearly 11.1 million stitches per day. We offer a complete range of print options, that are installed with the state-of-the-art placement printing machines to facilitate various types of prints like reactive, discharge, pigment, plastisol, high density, flock, rubber etc.

Sewing

Our team of skilled professional and bespoke tailors with high degree of dexterity and astute precision sew the garment with high accuracy with 2500 imported sewing machines.

Checking

Japanese Needle detector machines have been installed for Checks and inspections which are carried out to ensure there are no sewing defects, color defects, sizing, or garment defects.

Ironing

The approved garments are sent to ironing to remove unwanted creases and wrinkles from garments.

Packing

The ironed garments are well packed to callout the packaging requirements of the client's.

Storage

The packed garments are stored in the warehouse till they are despatched to the client's end.
